PrintOut to PDF, but PDF corrupt I am trying to create a macro that will print various pages of a Word document as a PDF in a specific directory. Below code seems to work, but when i try to open the PDF, i get the following message: 'Acrobat could not open '2013.pdf' because it is either not supported file type or because the file has been damaged'. Printing the document. This is not to say that it isn’t as easy to print a paper copy of a PDF document, as it is to print a file from a word processor such as Microsoft Office. Printing a PDF file is as simple as clicking on the print button. However like any other type of document there are things that might go wrong when printing a PDF. 3) Click Advanced, then tick on Print As Image. Go on to click OK > Print to see if your PDF file could be printed. Recreate a new PDF file: 1) Choose a way to recreate a new PDF file: a) If you downloaded the PDF file from a URL or cloud, download it again and save it directly to your hard drive.

- Mindjet has the option to print with borders. When you print with borders it groups the border object and some text in the nodes together and you can not do much about editing the pdf. When you try to copy and paste you get the borders too so the merged document is a mess. Deleting the borders will also delete the text.
- Print a map to a PDF file. Click the MindManager Button, and then click Print. In the Print dialog, under Printer, choose PDF-XChange 3.0. Optional - Click Page Setup. Choose any page settings you want to use, and then click Print to return to the Print dialog. Remove the map background to speed the export.

Note:
If you are facing issues in printing single-side or double-side on Mac, see Unable to print double-side or single-side in Acrobat on Mac
The first step in solving a printing issue is to trace the source of the issue. The troubleshooting techniques below solve some of the most common issues and are grouped into three categories:
Try printing this troubleshooting page. If you can't, follow these steps to check your connection to the printer:
- Make sure the cable that connects your printer to your computer is securely plugged in.
- If your printer is plugged into a USB hub, unplug the printer cable from the hub. Then, plug the printer cable directly into a USB port on your computer.
- Turn off your printer. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn it on again.

Make sure you update to the latest printerdriver (a program that controls your printer). Printer manufacturers offer updated drivers to improve compatibility with newer software, such as newer versions of Reader and Acrobat.
- Go to the manufacturer's website, and browse or search for 'drivers' or 'printer drivers.'Driver download pages for some manufacturers appear below:
- Download and install the printer driver, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
If you have a different printer connected to your computer, try printing the file to the other printer. Sometimes a different printer can successfully print a PDF that doesn't print on another printer.
To switch printers on Windows, see Change default printer (Windows 10 and 8) or search Windows help for instructions.
To switch printers on Mac OS, see Manage your printers (OS X Yosemite) or search Apple support for instructions for your operating system.
Often printing problems stem from issues with the PDF file. Even if a PDF looks fine on screen, it can contain incomplete or corrupt data.
If you’re in a hurry and want to print a simple document (such as a letter or form), use the 'Print as image' option. Click the Advanced button in the Print dialog box to find this option. https://skieycafe808.weebly.com/asus-ide-controller-driver-windows-10.html. (In Windows 7, the Advanced button is at the bottom of the dialog box.)
For step-by-step direction, see PDF printing quick fix: Print as image | Acrobat, Reader.
Copy or download the PDF again directly to your hard drive
Sometimes a PDF file becomes damaged or contains corrupt data. If you downloaded the PDF from the web or received it in an email, download the PDF again or ask the sender to resend it. Copy the file directly to your hard drive, rather than a thumb (portable) or network drive.
Open the new copy on your hard drive and print again.

In Reader or Acrobat, choose File > Save As and give the PDF file a new name. Include only letters and numbers in the filename. Do not include symbols such as %, $, or []. Try printing the new copy of the PDF.

- Choose File > Print, and then choose the option to save the file as a PDF.
Checking printing files (preflight inspection) for syntax-related issues (problems in programming code).
- Open the PDF and choose one of the following:
- Acrobat DC: Tools > Print Production
- Acrobat XI: View > Tools > Print Production

This is the strangest thing I have seen. Computer running Vista 32, Office 07. User reported strange printing. Some PDF's would print, others not, some Excel files would print, others not. Same for Powerpoint files. This computer prints wirelessly to a Ricoh network printer on a domain. Throws an error 'Your file could not be printed due to an error on {path}. There are several possible reasons:
- There may not be enough memory
- If you use a network for printing, there may be a problem with the network connection or printer driver
- There may be loose cables.

This is an HP laptop with 4GB of Ram. Some large files would print, while other simple, small files would not. Tried Ethernet with the same result. Tried deleting and reinstalling the printer. Onedrive sync client download mac. Also downloaded the the latest driver and installed. Now the only thing that wont print is some Excel files, indicating it was the driver. However no one else in the office has this problem. If I copy the contents of the spreadsheet to a new sheet and print the new sheet, it prints fine.
What's even stranger is that it throws the error even if I only do a print preview or try to change the layout from landscape to portrait. This suggests to me it's some kind of Office issue?

It may be that I am teaching egg sucking, but if the only program causing the problem now is excel.. have you by chance set the print area in excel to be outside the printable area or vice versa? Sorry if this is too obvious but I often forget it!
